Ordinarily expensive, we found 3 true bargains in Kyoto.
1. We borrowed the bikes for free from our hotel.
2. The laptop was only 500 yen a day to rent. (About 3.50)
3. Near our hotel was this restaurant that served korean style soup with dumplings on the side for 600 yen. It has been my favourite meal of the trip so far.
